Education Center
Johnathan Killebrew, President of Metro Code, is available to speak and present Code related information at regional and nationwide conferences. He has a passion for teaching and is highly qualified to present the information.
Metro Code offers code training and seminars to clients and partners.
Our goal is to to teach Builder Superintendents the particulars of code-compliant Construction. We offer in-person and virtual training to facilitate this.
Metro Code will walk job sites with our Builders and clients for on-site training.
We work alongside City Inspectors to ensure that all parties are informed and follow procedures.

Variance Negotiations
Metro Code acts on the Client's behalf to negotiate all variance matters with the City.
Metro Code meets with Municipal officials and completes required paperwork to get the project submitted to the City.
Metro Code has an excellent relationship with the City of Fort Worth and a long history of getting Variance cases approved.
