As a certified provider for Energy Star Homes, Metrocode provides industry-leading quality control to builders.

We use HERS raters to complete all energy inspections.  This includes plan review, blower door, and duct blaster tests.  This is a state of Texas requirement for all new residential homes.  These services ensure that every home is constructed to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code.
