Residential Plan Review

Plans are received and submitted 100% digitally to allow for accuracy and speed in the Plan Review process.

We provide ICC Plan Review for Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Energy projects.

We provide timely status updates to builders, subcontractors, and city officials throughout the permitting and construction process.

We have an excellent working relationship with local municipalities, and we are able to streamline the permitting process for faster results.

We provide our Plan Review and consultation services nationwide.

We can represent our clients for any needed Variance case with the Board of Adjustments.

Plan Review services are available for pools, spas, and hot tubs.

Res. Plan Rev.
Res. Inspections

Inspections are provided within 24 hours of the request.

Residential Inspections

Night and weekend inspections are available upon request.

Inspections will be performed by an ICC Combination Inspector for both Residential and Commercial Inspections.

Our Inspectors are highly experienced and will clearly communicate the results of the inspection and any necessary follow-up.

Metro Code Inspectors will call ahead to the General Contractor to meet on-site, if requested.

We offer Inspections for pools, spas, and hot tubs.

County Services

We perform Plan Review and Inspections for unincorporated areas surrounding the DFW metroplex.

Metro Code is extremely knowledgeable about the unique inspection procedures and requirements of Tarrant, Denton, and Dallas County. 

As part of our County Services, we will submit the required inspection documentation to the corresponding County office. 

County Inspections will always be completed by a highly qualified Residential Inspector.
